Fluency Disorders (Stuttering, Neurogenic Stuttering, Cluttering, etc.)

In our fluency disorders unit, we provide services in the form of counseling, assessment, and intervention to every individual who has fluency disorders.

Cluttering: Cluttering can be defined as a speech disorder where an individual has an abnormal and irregular rate of speech. Individuals with cluttering may skip some syllables, misarticulate speech sounds, has atypical pauses within sentences that are not expected syntactically, and round up the words in their daily speech.

Stuttering: Stuttering has many definitions but it can be simply defined as a disruption of the fluency of speech.
